Coal Miner's Gem Stone, aka Stoney, was purchased to be the farm's black stallion and one of the future breeding stallions here at Menomin. He is currently campaigning and proving himself in the very competitive junior stallion in hand and junior horse pleasure driving divisions.
Coal Miner's Gem Stone is showing to gain the recognition required to stand at stud here. He is old show horse breeding with bloodlines to cross well against our current broodmares that are related to Dandy. Here he is pinning 2nd in the 2 Year Old Futurity Pleasure Driving class at the 2006 New England Regional Show.
